High-performing Team Training Program

This training program is highly interactive, effective and enjoyable way to build trust and reduce conflict in any team. At the training, each participant will get personalized 40+ pages TTI Success Insights® report (includes: DISC® behavioural assessment and Driving Forces™ assessment ) and will practice applying gained knowledge in their day-to-day teamwork.


This training program will allow your team to capitalize on its diverse strengths and transform its potential into higher productivity and better results.


By the end of the program, all participants will understand their own style and how they respond to others’ styles, what causes conflicts in the team and how to minimize them. They will learn how to communicate and motivate team members more effectively in working situations.
