  • The Program Outline

    1. You receive a web link to a questionnaire. It will take about 20 minutes to fill it in.

    2. The Report (pdf and hard copy) will be provided to you at the first coaching session.

    3. Three one-on-one coaching sessions:

  • Understanding your behavioral style, your strengths and potential limitations. Learn how to recognize styles of others and how to communicate with them
  • Understanding your WHY and what moves you to action. Finding out how your behaviour and motivators blend together. Defining your strengths and potential conflicts. Getting insights into how to communicate more effectively with different types of others
